Mount Nuang considered the highest point in Selangor, and part of Titiwangsa Range. The mountain share the border with Pahang state. The height of this mountain is 1493 meter above sea level. There's two official trail commonly used by the hiker. The old trail is from Pangsun, Selangor and the second is from Janda Baik, Pahang.

Our first trip in this early October to this mountain is lead by Bernadine James (Didin). We choose to start from Janda Baik and the trip is organized in a dayhike mode. Participation is very encouraging as the expedition was joined by 26 hikers. Thanks to our comrade Mohd Rofi (Eyjal) as a Lead Guide and Syed Nuaim (Jinggo) as the second Guide.

If you're looking for the hardest part to hike this mountain, trail from Pangsun should be the best choice. The trail length from Pangsun is longer and the starting point is lower than the other side.
