Terms and Conditions

Inquiry

Any quotation inquiry can be made through email, sms or Internet messaging apps. We provide free quotation upon inquiry. We have the right to either respond or remain silent to any inquiry request from individual, organization or corporate regarding our packages.


Booking

Reservation to be made by providing specific details such as date, number of pax and package type upon receiving the quotation. An upfront of 50% deposit is required for booking confirmation. We will respond accordingly once we received the deposit payment. All payment should be made to our appointed bank account only.


Deposit

Deposit is a commitment fee charged to client upon booking confirmation. Deposit is non-refundable for any cancellation of booking. Any refund request is subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policies.


Cancellation & Refund Policies

a) Cancellation must be made by filling in and signing our Cancellation Request Form only. Please provide the reason for booking cancellation.

b) Cancellation process will take one to seven business days. We will NOT acknowledge any cancellation made through verbal / over-the-phone request or voice mail to our customer service representatives. Cancellation request will only be process once we received complete and signed Cancellation Request Form.

c) Refund is only applicable for full payment booking. Only cancellation request made at least 7 business days before tour date will be eligible for refund.
• 7 days prior to departure will get 50% refund of total payment.
• 14 days prior to departure will get 70% refund of total payment.
• 30 days prior to departure will get 100% refund of total payment.
• Any cancellation made less than prior notice stated above will be consider as 'Last Minute Cancellation' and 'Non-Refundable'.

d) Deposit to for booking confirmation is non-refundable.

e) No show on the tour date will automatically become 'No Refund' for any payment made by the client.

f) Client's have the right to request refund for any services provided that does not meet the agreement.


Amendment Fees

a) Any changes made to a reservation after successfully submitting the order and 7 days before the tour departs (for single day) and 14 days before the tour departs (for multi day tours) will be subject to a minimum MYR30.00 Amendment Fee (per change). Reservations will be confirmed within one to two business days.

b) The following constitute as an amendment to a tour:-
• Changing departure date
• Changing pick up time or location
• Changing tour
• Changing guest name (such as Removing / Replacing a guest)
• Changing itinerary
• The MYR30.00 amendment fee is a minimum tour change fee.

c) If you request multiple changes and/or request the adjustments at the last minute, additional fees may apply (in addition to the MYR30.00 amendment fee). Paying the MYR30.00 amendment fee does not guarantee a change can or will be made.
